Health & Safety

For your well-being, we may decline services for guests with open wounds, infections, or any condition that may be contagious or unsafe for treatment.
Clients with diabetes: please inform our team so we can provide proper care. (We do not perform any cutting services for diabetic clients.)
We maintain a non-toxic, low-odor environment and thoroughly sterilize all tools after every service.
To protect our team and guests, Verdant reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying rude, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior.

Service Satisfaction & Repairs

All services are non-refundable.
If you are not fully satisfied, please notify us during your appointment or within 24 hours.
If a complimentary corrective service is approved, we will schedule the first available appointment within five days.

Complimentary Fix Window

Regular polish manicures are not guaranteed. Minor chips may be touched up within 24 hours.
Gel nails, acrylics, and dip powder include a 7-day complimentary repair window.
Please call our front desk to schedule a repair and provide the name of your technician.
Repairs due to daily wear, accidents, or improper aftercare are not covered.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
No cash will be issued for unused balances.
Verdant Nail Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.

Payments

Accepted: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Verdant Nail Spa gift cards.
Not accepted: Checks.

Personal Belongings

Please keep all valuables with you during your visit. Verdant Nail Spa is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
